They are located on a quiet residential street known for its art galleries and the beautiful Brunnenpark, a charming green space in central Berlin. A cool, upbeat district, right next to the Kastanienallee, a street lined with cafes, bars and restaurants, attracting a young, cutting-edge crowd. The apartments are just 100 metres from U-bahn station Bernauer Straße (line U8), and the M10 tram line, connecting you with every corner of Berlin.Garten Apartment 10 is located on the ground floor with direct access to a communal garden. Garten Apartment 11 is situated on the first floor, complete with spacious balcony. Both apartments are located against a tranquil, green setting in central Berlin. The apartments measure 41m2, sleeping up to 4 persons, with one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with double bed, (which can be separated into twin beds). The reception and the bar Raja Jooseppi are located near the apartments. Here you can check in, rent a bike or have a drink at the bar.
