We run a quiet and laid back hostel with extremely informative staff offering detailed information on directions, sites, cheap bars, pubs, and really cool underground clubs, all within a few minutes walk....and as our guests say that FREE BREAKFAST AND INTERNET are lifesavers!!!The Hostel also features a wide variety of inexpensive eateries, Hungarian pastry shops, and supermarkets that can be reached by taking a few steps out the door. Best of all, taxis and public transport are not necessary to reach any of the major historical sites. Famous 'Szechenyi' thermal spa is only a short walk, passing by 'House of Terror' towards to 'Hero's Square'. To experience the real Budapest you just step out the door and go with the flow...The Hostel provides dormitories as well as private rooms (all with shared bathroom) on two floors and a private apartment in 'Izabella utca' Street (shown as Twin Private Ensuite). All private rooms have two double bed for the comfortable stay of two couple or friends. Each floor has bathrooms and restrooms as well for the most convenient experience. Free breakfast, bed linen, free internet access, and a fully functional kitchen are only a few examples from the long list of amenities. The most popular part of the hostel is our comfy very conveniently designed main common room which gives you the best opportunity to meet friends. Our spacious and world renowned Roof Terrace is the best place to relax or chat with other backpackers before you hit the road. READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:Our staff will take extra steps to make sure you have an unforgettable time in Budapest but please note that we are operating a quiet traveler hostel therefore PARTIES are RESTRICTED in our facilities. We are in the most intense party central of the city so best bars and cheapest pubs are on our doorstep where you can enjoy your time without restraint.PRIVATE APARTMENT DEPOSIT AND BOOKING POLICY:At booking it is shown as Twin Private Ensuite. It's a fully equipped apartment (located in 'Izabella utca' Street different than base hostel) with electric or gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, refrigerator, big screen TV (cable with 50 channels), DVD player (selection of movies), computer with flat screen monitor (free Internet connection) and many other things (tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk, spices for cooking). Please note that we require EUR 50,- security deposit. This is calculated on a per person basis. Non-compliance with any of the house rules will result the loss of all of your deposit.MINIMUM length of stay is 2 NIGHTS in Private Apartment at 'Izabella utca' Street!'Izabella utca' Street private apartment is only 15 minutes walk from our base property! Breakfast is not included there however you get this place for a price of a regular shared bathroom private room. This is shown as Twin Private Ensuite at booking.
