There is a bus stop nearby with several frequent bus lines leading into town and parking on the street in front is free. The guest house is right by the A7 city by-pass and Edinburgh airport is a half hour drive away.
The Victorian style villa comprises of 4 guestrooms, a double, a twin, a triple and a family room, each of which is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, a hair dryer and a microwave can be provided on demand. All the rooms have their own bathroom. This is a non smoking house throughout.
The Victorian breakfast room serves full Scottish or continental breakfasts which are included in the room price (as are all taxes). The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. Holyrood Park is nearby, with Duddingston Loch for those who enjoy walking.
