[mehr]Cuevas Coloras Guesthouse offers accommodation in an authentic cave house in the Albayzin neighbourhood of Granada, a unique area characterised by its little white houses and cobbled streets, boasting pretty natural surroundings and yet just 10 minutes from the city centre on foot. Also just 10 minutes away on foot is the San Nicolas lookout point, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Alhambra. The Sacromonte area is also just 3 minutes away on foot, which is well worth a visit and finally, there is a multitude of tapas bars and restaurants near the accommodation as well as bus stops for getting around.The Cuevas Coloras Guesthouse has recently been restored and is located on a quiet pedestrian street. This is the ideal place to escape the heat on a hot summer’s day in Granada as it has a constant temperature of 18 degrees. The guest house is spread over two floors and has four terraces with views of the city and those spectacular sunsets. There are three guest rooms available: one double and one twin in the front part of the guest house which share a bathroom; and “La Cueva” (the cave) which is a small apartment with a kitchenette, combining two rooms which can sleep 6 people on single beds that can be joined and on bunk beds. The establishment also offers guests airport transfers from Granada and Malaga airports.Quite an experience in the city of Granada!
