It is a place recommended to those who love historical villages, like in the past, without noises and traffic, with the light of the sea which filters through the old shutters. It is pleasant to get lost among the alleys of the village to look over the sea from the balconies such as the striking Largo Il Tarpato which is near “La torretta sul borgo”.You can reach it just after Piazza Peretti, a famous tourist destination, where there is also the Teatro dell’Arancio. In July and August, at the Old Village, two important musical performances take place: “Musica dal cielo” organ festival and Liszt Festival. We can give hospitality to you all year and take you to innumerable trips in spring, summer and autumn by means of transport you prefer: on foot, by horse, by bicycle; do you like mountaineering skiing? In winter we offer you an unblemished place, but twenty minutes far away there are also the traditional ski runs. Do you prefer hang gliding? The plateau of Castelluccio di Norcia, a magic and famous place, is thirty minutes away.We organise trips on mountain pastures or take you by off-road vehicles (but only up to where there are the mule tracks…).
