It takes 45 minutes by public bus from JR Odawara station, which bullet train (Shinkansen) stops at or 30 minutes by public bus from Hakone Yumoto station which is the terminal of Odakyu Romance Car(express train) from Shinjuku to the hotel's nearest bus stop 'Senkyoro-mae'.
