An ideal location for enjoying the vast, sandy beaches of North Devons Golden Coast or exploring the wonders of Exmoor. The hotel has spacious, well equipped rooms individually furnished to a high standard many with original period features. We take pride in the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of our family run hotel.Remarkably all of this is only a pleasant 20 minute walk from Ilfracombe with its beautiful harbour, shops, theatre and other attractions. The hotel is also adjacent to an entrance to the Cairn Nature Reserve which is an enjoyable walk offering spectacular views across Ilfracombe and over the Bristol Channel to the Welsh coast.There is much to do in North Devon in all seasons so the hotel is open all year round to enable guests to enjoy the many attractions or golf, walking, surfing or shooting breaks.
