It is adjacent to the piste (30 meters from the back of property) and a gentle 80 metres from the modern Zwölferkogelbahn gondola lift. It is only steps away from shops, bars and all the great nightspots for a lively après-ski. The accommodation is simple but comfortable, with 10 spacious bedrooms, seperate dining and living room. The shower and toilet are situated at the corridor, 4 rooms have a shower on the room. Clients can also book dinner (3-courses) in the restaurant nextdoor for 15 Euro per adult per day / children half price).
