The old medioeval watching tower is become the central part of this particular farmhouse that offers flats to rent.Just 2 km far from San Gimignano, immersed among vineyards and oliveyards, this is the perfect place for who desires to spend a relaxing holiday, without renouncing to the closeness to the centre.The 360° panoramic view goes from the Central Apennines peaks to the Chianti hills and San Gimignano towers.Each flat has 2 independent access facing the courtyard and the large garden, independent heating and is marked with a different colour that characterize the wall paint and the pieces of furniture.The kitchens are fully equipped with little houseappliances, dishwasher, 4fires, fridge+freezer, oven, tv sat, iron. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with double bed.
