It is situated in a safe and quiet residential area with easy access to all sights (10min to city centre, 15min to Schoenbrunn palace), culturall activities (museums, concerts, theatre, opera), restaurants, shopping (Vienna's biggest shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse, the famous open air market Naschmarkt) and to Vienna's efficient public transport system. Stadtnest is a 30sqm, ground floor apartment with fully a functional kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker) incl dining table, one bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with WC and shower. There is SAT TV and 24h free Internet access via WLAN.Non smoking. Sorry, no pets. Min stay is 3 nights.Arrival time needs to be pre-arranged at least three days prior to arrival, as there is no 24 hours reception. Check-in from 3pm onwards.
